Practical Common Lisp Chapter 6 : Variables

Most of this chapter was on scope with one of the best explanation of closures I have read. Plenty of good examples. It also covered global variables, and constant variables, setting and a handful of useful functions such as ROTATEF and SHIFTF. Not much more to say. Next up is Macros which should be more exciting.
